Eton Mess
Uses Pyrex® 8”x8” Deep Baking Dish
This dessert dish is as it’s described – slightly messy. Use the Pyrex® 8”x8” deeper baking dish to create a trifle looking dessert that’s light, airy and incredibly beautiful – even in all its “mess.”
1 pint heavy cream, whipped into soft peaks
3 containers raspberries
30 or so small meringue cookies
½ cup raspberry jam
Layer heavy cream on the bottom of your dish and dot with raspberries and cookies, top with more whipped cream, cookies and berries. Using a spoon sneak raspberry jam into the dish for added raspberry flavor and color.
